This is Victor’s latest salad dressing recipe. The following proportions are for 1 cup of salad dressing, which is about 12 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 12 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Remove stems from cilantro and finely chop the leaves.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Mix all ingredients into a large jar and shake well.
- Serve with any combination of greens and other salad ingredients (croutons, cheese, etc.)
