Ingredients
- 1/2 cauliflower, cut into small stalks and then slice to bite size
- 5-6 mushrooms, sliced
- a few slices of ginger
Sauce
- 2-3 tbsp chicken boullion or stock
- 2 tbsp soy
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat 3 tbsp oil, add ginger, then stir fry mushroom and cauliflower until cauliflower starts to brown
- Add soy, sugar, and pepper when veggie appears to be cooked
- Cook another 1-2 minutes then serve
