A simple stir-fry dish for garlic bok choi (or other green veggie)
Ingredients
1 lb bok choi, chopped and dried (you can also substitute any other kind of leafy green vegetable)
4-5 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 ts chicken bullion or stock
(Victor recommends “Just like bullion”, which is organic and has no MSG)
If you don’t have bullion, replace with some salt.
Instructions
stir fry garlic for about 10-20 sec (Make sure they are not turning brown)
add bok choi and stir fry another minute until they are evenly green
