Steamed Eggs
Light and delicate steamed eggs with pork
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2/3 pound ground pork
- 12 oz chicken broth
- generous amount of salt (~15-20 grinds)
- generous amount of white pepper (~15-20 shakes)
- 2 scallions, diced
Instructions
- Break eggs into bowl and mix well
- Add pork and mix into eggs until there are no big pieces
- Add chicken broth, salt and pepper, stir
- (optional) put in fridge if not preparing immediately
- Put in steamer, cover, and steam for 15 minutes or until firm on top
- Sprinkle scallions on top
- Cover again and steam for another 30 minutes or until cooked
