Ingredients
- 2/3 lb of lamb; trimmed of fat and slice across grain
- 2 leeks; sectioned and sliced (see picture)
- 5 cloves of garlic; sliced (see picture)
- 1 tbs of fermented Chinese black beans (can eliminate of not available)
Marinade
- 2 tbs of soy sauce
- 2 tbs of wine
- a few pinches of chinese pepper corn powder
Sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs Chinese vinegar
- 1 tbs of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of corn starch
Instructions
- Marinade lamb in marinade ingredients and let sit at least 30 mins
- Stir fry lamb quickly in oil until meat turns write
- Remove lamb, leaving oil and juices
- Stir fry garlic and leek in remainder of oil and juices until soft
- Add back lamb
- Add sauce and stir until done
